Ordering Procedure

All orders may be placed by phone, fax, or e-mail.

Beginninghydroponics.com is designed for beginners, so in most cases we recommend calling before you place an order. We are here to make sure you get the correct products to fit your individual needs. We are also here to answer any questions you may have. Feel free to call any time Monday through Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm PST.

Policies

Pricing – All prices do not include sales tax or shipping costs. Prices are subject to change with out notice.

Payment - Payments may be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover,& JCB), check, or money order (payable to beginninghydroponics.com). For credit card payments please call to process order & payment.

Shipping – All shipping charges will paid by the purchaser. Orders will be shipped out only after full payment has been received. We do not ship to P.O. boxes due to the price & size of most products. All orders must be signed for at the time of delivery. Orders generally take 5-10 days for delivery (depending on size & availability).

Warranty Information – Warranties on all items will be the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Please consult manufacturer’s literature for individual product warranties.

Returns – All orders are final once products have been shipped out. If any products are found to be defective we will gladly replace them. Please call and give a description of defect before you return the product. Many problems can be fixed very easily over the phone. If the defect can not be easily remedied it is the responsibility of the purchaser to send the product back to beginninghydroponics.com. Once we confirm the defect we will then send a replacement for the defective product and cover the shipping costs.

If you wish to cancel an order before it ships out there will be a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise stated.

Privacy – As a customer of beginninghydroponics.com you can be assured that your privacy as our highest priority. We will in no way release information about you or the products you purchase.
